Procedures for Equivalency

1. Prepare the requirements above and fill the Application Form and then register it at the Archive of Ministry of Education

2. Submit The Application Form to The Equivalency Department of Ministry of Education,  Office No 107.  

3. A time should be given to you to check about the Equivalency Committee decision.

4. Follow the Instructions given to produce your Equivalency Certificate.

5. A certified Photocopy of the Equivalency Certificate is to be given to The Admission and Registration Department of the University for the Permanent Acceptance.

Note:

• Bring the Original Documents with you when going back to The Ministry of Education to get your Equivalency Certificate.

• No Student can get his/her Graduation Certificate from the University without having the Equivalency Certificate.

    Graduate (Postgraduate)

For those students who willing to continue their studies in Jordan they have to know which program he/she is going to pursue and which university. In order to satisfy students knowledge about graduate studies and the requirements & Procedures required, we list down all required information about Graduate Studies which called in Jordan also (International Program).

    Requirements for Registering at Graduate Studies (Master & PHD)

1. A certified true copy of the  First University Degree

2. A certified true copy of the second University Degree (for PHD students)

3. Certified true copies for the transcripts of the  first and second university degrees 

4. the average and marks system in the university where the student studied

5. An equivalency for the international university certificates from the Ministry of Higher Education

6. Three photos 

7. A copy of the passport

8. fees for application ($100 USD)

9. A recommendation letter from student graduate University
